Before Digis Squared, our executive team held senior leadership positions at blue-chip telecom operators.
During that time they all encountered similar challenges when dealing with suppliers; vendors sold telecoms and technology services and solutions that failed to provide practical use. Additionally, suppliers couldn’t integrate their technology in ways that enhanced the customer experience and delivered commercial results.
They saw this as an opportunity to deliver commercially driven services and solutions to network operators, that combined telecoms expertise with technology, and improved customer experience. Digis Squared was born.
Founded in 2016, initially, the Digis Squared team delivered full end-to-end solutions for telecom operators that bridged the gaps between operators and suppliers. We then increased the scope of our offer by managing network operations, strategy and planning for different telecoms operators. Over time, we developed our own product portfolio by launching loyalty and advertising solutions (Digis-Points , Connext and Air Box), and a suite of automated network intelligence and testing tools (INOS, RAI, Digis-One, Digis-Capacity and RPA solutions).
Today, our team works with agility and expertise to deliver managed services, system integration and consulting. We continue to thrive and grow in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and beyond, and our clients regard us as a trusted partner for data-driven solutions.
