Location

• Digis Squared office in Cairo, Egypt (only), handling Digis Squared’s global projects

 

Required experience & skills

• University degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCP, MCSE), Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2)
• Experience in software development using Microsoft dot Net/ Java
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Very good communication skills
• The ability and motivation to undertake self-study for new topics to enhance their experience

 

Main accountabilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Handling Company Servers (Linux/Windows)
