Solution Requirement Gathering, transforming CLIENT technical specification into a technical solution document
Review and validate System Integrator Requirement Gathering document
Review and validate supplier’s technical Specification document
Review and validate the end to end High-Level Design (HLD) document covering NOI & ICD IBM OSS tools
Lead System Integration & SW development team for configuration, solution setup, and delivery
Review and validate Test cases to make sure that all testing levels are included
Execute UAT/ Function test per sprint /stream
