Role: 2x Product Manager, both reporting directly to UK-based CTO.

 

Location

  • UK – preferred (you must already have the right to live and work in the UK)
  • EU – considered
  • Note the role will work closely with our staff based in the Technology & Customer Support Centre in Cairo, and our CTO who is based in Wimbledon, London.

 

Technical skills & minimum experience – do not apply if you don’t have this

  • Product Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in the ICT field
  • 5+ years experience in radio optimization
  • Experience in telecom network testing is a must
  • Excellent reporting, documentation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science.

 

  • Multi-vendor, multi-technology experience in the telecoms sector is a significant advantage

 

Responsibilities

  • The product leader within the organization. Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements. Develops positioning for the product and is responsible for the product roadmap. Monitors competitive landscape and standards, and considers how shifting technologies and implementations may influence our product capabilities and positioning.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Responsible for development progress and market reporting to Board Members.
  • Documentation of market needs.
  • Responsible for the complete set of product documentation and product marketing materials, aligned with corporate marketing.
